An optimal supply of essential vitamins, minerals and trace elements isan important prerequisite for well-being and fitness. These essentialnutrients cannot be synthesised by our body. We must therefore supplythese substances every day. However, if only one of these nutrients ismissing, this may impair the optimal function of many metabolicprocesses. A diet rich in fruits, vegetables, cereals and dairyproducts and fish consumption, can meet nutrient requirements.

What is the advantage of DEPOT tablets?
With an unbalanced diet, the supply of vitamins, minerals and traceelements is often suboptimal. Moreover, some vitamins and minerals,including water-soluble vitamins, such as vitamin C, B1, B2 and B6 canonly briefly be stored by the body.
Excessive amounts of Vitamin C ingested at once may thus be excretedunused and, therefore, will not be available to the body at times ofincreased needs. But this is exactly when the body needs more nutrientsto maintain powerful defences and support the cell protection system.

Thanksto a specially developed manufacturing procedure, the DEPOT tablets ofDoppelherz®  act like a kind of “nutrient store”. This “nutrient store”gradually releases the valuable nutrients over many hours so that theyare always available for the body.

The special formulation
Persons subject to high strain, such as stress at work and duringhousehold activities, have increased and/or changed nutrientrequirements. The formulation of Doppelherz® A-Z DEPOT tablets has beendeveloped for this group of people. Selected nutrients, such asVitamins C, E as well as B Vitamins have been specifically adapted tothe body’s changed nutrient requirements.
The tablets of Doppelherz® now contain in addition Lutein, aplant-based carotinoid. A sufficient supply via the diet is importantfor the health of your eyes.

Recommendation:
Take 1 tablet unchewed with sufficient liquid after a meal once a day. If required the tablets can be divided into halves.

Note:
Should not be used in children aged 0-10 years.

One tablet is equivalent to 2.7 kcal / 11.2 kJ.
