Zinc is involved in the activity of more than 200 enzymes that are required to keep scalp cells healthy and to prevent dandruff development. Zinc and Selenium are needed to sustain normal cellular defenses and therefore play an important role in keeping resistant and well-healing skin.
Collagen hydrolysate is made of Collagen which is the main structural constituent of the connective tissue, providing skin tensile strength and elasticity.
