A balanced and varied diet should include proteins from a variety of sources,
such as those provided by meat, fish, cheese, eggs or certain vegetables such as peas or soya.

Once ingested, proteins are digested, a process during which they are reduced to their primary constituents, amino acids. Consumption recommendation

Take 2 capsules per day with a large glass of water during a meal. Do not chew the capsules.
