Calcium is best known for its essential role in the mineralisation of bones and teeth. Its involvement in blood clotting and muscle function is less well known but equally important.
Magnesium is not only required to strengthen the structure of bones and teeth, but also supports proper energy metabolism, nervous system function and muscle function.
Zinc and copper are involved in numerous cellular processes.
Vitamin D3 is important for bones because it stimulates calcium absorption in the intestine and facilitates its incorporation into bones.
Copper is required for collagen synthesis, one of the main components of connective tissues (skin, cartilage) and of the organic matrix on which minerals are deposited.
Manganese and selenium support bone health by protecting the cells that produce bone tissue against oxidative stress.
Take 1 to 2 tablets once daily after a meal with a large glass of water. Do not chew the tablets.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.
